Add customers as members to BoothPoint
storing their name, cell number and email address. Once the
customer is a member it is possible to send periodic emails
or SMS messages directly from BoothPoint keeping your
customers aware of any special events or special offers.
The BoothPoint loyalty scheme works on a
point system whereby when a customer buys a product, you can
assign how many points the customer receives. The customer
can then use his or her points to purchase other products
when their points reach a specified amount.
Within each dance and bar product, there is
a price matrix available so that a special price can be set
per membership. That is to say if a customer has purchased a
12 months Gold Membership, you may want to give a special
price for 1 hour VIPs.
Below is list of the options you will find in the
membership settings:

Tick this option to enable the BoothPoint
membership system. This allows new membership
products to be added. For example VIP

Take Member's Picture
If this option is ticked, BoothPoint will ask to
take the member's picture to store. This can be used
to check the member is who he or she says they are
when entering the club. Please note the web camera
device must be set and working for this feature to
be enabled, see

Enable SMS Membership Code Check
Is is quite standard now to ensure the customer
is giving out the correct cell number to send SMS
message containing a 4 digit code. The member can
not proceed without entering this code.

Enable Welcome Message
Tick this option to allow BoothPoint to
automatically send a standard SMS message to the
customer immediately after they signed up to be a
member.

Enable Subscription Renewal message
If the memberships have a renewal period such as
12 months, BoothPoint can automatically send an SMS
message to the customer saying their membership runs
out in so many days.

Send how many weeks before due
Set this value to the number of weeks to send
the subscription renewal SMS message out before the
membership is up for renewal.
Default: 3 weeks

Loyalty Options
On each product you can set a number of
points the customer receives for purchasing it, as well as
the number of points it would take to buy it. Automated SMS
messages can be sent using the options below.
