Lighting and vibrating pager systems can be connected to the system to notify dancers when their performance time has finished. Use this list of options to assign where the lighting or pager systems are, as well as travel times and warning times.

Lighting IP Address
The IP address of the main computer where the lights are attached.

Lighting Turn Off into Dance (secs)
When a dancer goes into the booth, set this time in seconds for the light to turn off.
Default: 10 seconds
Light Flash When Finished Dance (Tick
Box)
This option is used to indicate to the dancer that there are so many seconds until the dance is to finish by flashing the light.

Test Lighting State
Select a booth from the drop down list, press Test Light State button. If the light turns on or the pager buzzes the connection is good.

The lighting or pager system is connected to one computer. The other computers running BoothPoint all tell the main machine to turn the light or pager on. Tick this box on the computer and the lighting or pager is connected to.

Select which port the pager system is connected
to.
Range: COM 1 - 10
Capcode (i.e. 070)
Each pager system has a unique code called a capcode. If there is another building close by which has the same pager system, there is no confusion which pagers use which base unit.

Additional Travel Time (secs)
To be fair to the customer, the dancer can have an additional amount of time to get to and from the booth. Use this setting to add on the amount of seconds for
travel time.
Default: 30 seconds
Warning before End (secs)
Use this setting to warn the dancer that they are about to finish the private dance. Either the light turns on or the pager starts to buzz indicating to the dancer they have an amount of seconds to get dressed and out of the booth.
